Compact and convenient
The 2E E240 (2022) compact feature phone with a 2.4-inch screen is a good choice for those looking for an optimal communication solution. The surface of the back panel has 3D diagonal embossing so that the phone does not slip out of your hands. Dialer keys with illumination is made of high-quality plastic, resistant to abrasion, they have a convex surface in the shape of waves, so it is very convenient to dial a number and control the phone. The phone fits comfortably in the hand and is inconspicuous in the pocket, because of the compact body measuring 12 x 5 cm. For comparison, this is the size of phones with a 1.77-inch screen.
The phone has a dark UI 2E v2.0 user’s theme. The large, 14-pixel (3.7 mm) high-contrast menu font is readable and legible. The size of the dialing font is 30 pixels (8 mm). The graphical interface is intuitive and has large and bright icons. Everything is thought out in the phone for the convenience of the user - the "Main Menu" has two types of display: a tile of icons with 9 sections and a list that can be customized by shortening or increasing the list of sections used most often. The central joystick key can be programmed to quickly start four programs, and the lower keys (*, 0, #), when pressed for a long time, activate the recorder, flashlight and change sound profiles, respectively.
Functional
The 2E E240 2022 model can simultaneously work with two SIM cards and a microSD memory card up to 16 GB, on which you can store personal ringtones, contacts, music files and other important information. The phone book contains 500 contacts, 2 numbers for each. It is possible to choose a personal melody from six presets or microSD memory card. You can import contacts to the phone from a VCF file saved on a microSD card or via Bluetooth. On the keys "2-9" it is possible to set 8 numbers from the phone book for quick dialing. To block unwanted contacts, there is a "Black List". Thanks to the "White list" function, it is possible to block all incoming calls, except calls from numbers that are included in the allowed list.
A feature of the 2E E240 2022 phone's FM radio receiver is that it works without Internet access. For better reception of the FM signal, you can use wired headphones connected to the 3.5 mm audio jack as an external antenna. If desired, it is possible to set an FM station instead of an alarm clock.
With the audio player, it's easy to create playlists by playing mp3 music files from microSD card memory. You can listen to melodies through the phone speaker, wired headphones or wireless Bluetooth audio devices (headphones, speakers, car stereos).
The bright flashlight is turned on by the "0" key, there are two modes - constant light and flashing. On dark streets and pedestrian crossings, the flashing mode will make the user more visible to drivers. The flashlight's LED also blinks to signal incoming calls and SMS (function control via "Call Settings" menu).
Several useful applications are installed in the phone, such as: voice recorder, calendar with an event planner, stopwatch, timer, alarm clock (3 pcs.) with the possibility of recording voice and text reminders, and the popular game "Snake".
With the unique SOS function that the phone is equipped with, it will not only make an auto-dial to five trusted numbers in case of an emergency, but also send the LBS-coordinates of the device's location in an SMS from the mobile operator. Using publicly available Internet resources, you can determine the phone's location on the map based on LBS coordinates in a few minutes.
Autonomy
The battery with a capacity of 1000 mAh will ensure the phone's operation without recharging for up to 15 days in standby mode, and if you activate the "Energy saving" function, the operating time will increase by 25%. With moderate use for calls and SMS, the phone's operating time is up to 4 days.
